Shipping policy

If your item is in stock we will ship your item within 3-5 days of receiving your order with reputable couriers to get your board or products to you in shipping time of 5-10 days.

Lucid Glassing is not responsible for any shipping delays, however please contact us immediately if your products have been delayed or you see an issue whilst your products are in shipping process.  We will always assist you where we can. 

If your products are damaged please keep all internal and external packaging. Take photos of all packaging, and damage to your product/s and forward to info@lucidglassing.com with all details.  We will work out a plan of what to do from there with you.
