Refund policy

Lucid Glassing will accept returns of unused and unridden products of stock items only.  Returns process must be started emailing info@lucidglassing.com with order number and reason for return. 

All returns must be received by Lucid Glassing within 14 days.  Any damage or loss incurred in shipping your return is at the cost of the customer. 

If your board has been ridden or been in the water in any way we cannot accept it for return.  All boards must be returned in new condition. 

CUSTOM PRODUCTS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FOR RETURN PLEASE CHOOSE CAREFULLY.
